2017 - DREAM BUDGET
2017 - budget and dream.
October 27 2017 will be the most important date to determine the hope for our current Prime Minister, Najib Razak. He could be so bold and daring in controlling Malaysian spending and yet he is so numb and heartlessly dwelling for bringing the gaps between affordable and luxury. Malaysia now is at its peak of financial chaos, the development and program that was design to give a positive outlook toward high-income country is becoming alarming difficult for its people to cope with. More spending and focus on investment, control and gratification on subject matter for political interest and no fundamental evident for any input toward Ringgit growth and KLCI values. More and more pyramid scheme and investment companies that bite on its people for profits and bankruptcy.
No significant bonus for government agencies and the lack of result in closing the gap between lower income and middle income with the introduction of BR1M, make people question where is the money that suppose to develop from saving principal like GST and the restructuring of oils subsidy. Local and government companies are evidently looking for substantial investment from outsiders to develop capital and help moving forward. With Proton and MAS being two major success development in the past, but now condemn to walk on its own finding solution between what is needed and how to survived.
We are looking for trouble in the future, as a result this upcoming budget should not focus on issues that is not fundamental. Najib should not consider what is needed now, as damage that happening due to lack of efficiency and focus drag the economics growth to at least 3 years behind.
What is needed to be done is a realistic talk and development, not to empower foreign investment but to polish up local development, making used local input and expertise in bring the gaps between every levels. Cut-off foreign import and develop companies that locally train and used. Be confident of Malaysian brand and lets Malaysian used local made items at the lowest cost possible.
Bring the city development to the rural areas regardless political and religion or race bias. Stop BR1M and purified GST so measure of spending are more evidently and clear. Take legal action toward 1MDB and others investment that destroy image and fate of future investment in Malaysia. Dare to shut down any officers at any level in government agencies that name appear in the investigation list of SPRM, make them blacklisted for any reward or bonuses for at least 5 years - even they are not evidently guilty.
Give education a freedom from any political interest and develop knowledge that reflected local need and society, re-build school that still used the same building from the late 1980 - 1998. Look at education not by its crowning achievement but how independent each institution become. Close all SJKC and SJKT and religion school, combine and re-brand SK to be the central of education and unified vision of a better Malaysia, not in the voice of politic or race or religion - but within the scope humanism and globalizing world.
Build more affordable housing, and set price control based on locality and development of the areas, such places with high risk for natural disaster and bad city planning should be given less values over places that much safer and less traffic problem. Investment of the study for natural disaster and city planning to counterpart effect of natural disaster should be made possible. Country also need a fund budget to help in the process of recovering, just in case of a national disaster that potentially shut down government for days.
Human life should be valued and human trafficking, organ selling and child abuse should be made a national agenda and no hospital in this country should have any problem functioning in the case of natural disaster, all hospital must be develop to be the best of its owns and hospital that too crowded and lacking of doctors and nurses should get much help to ensure longevity of the people.
Social security and national border should transform itself to be more self-reliant and more appealing toward all sort of society so that diversity is within it fundamental and rooted in it is National Identity that is a truly Malaysian force.
To the very old and to the very young, economics growth need to be protected so that they can have a meaningful life. Protect the land, sea and sky from pollution, human error and uncontrolled development so that this country could be seen as the heart of Asia and not its cancer.
